A unique robot, dubbed “OctaGrabber”, is used by SpaceX to stabilize the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets after landing on the Autonomous Spaceport Droneship to prevent them from sliding around the deck in choppy seas. This is an overview of all the imporant information about the robot.
